Blockbuster Avatar 3D sequel being completed in Wellington for December release

Director James Cameron is overseeing completion of his second Avatar film in Wellington, ready for its opening day on December 22.

This news comes from AV Club, reporting from the CinemaCom event in Las Vegas where producer Jon Landau presented a teaser trailer for the $US250million Avatar sequel.

He announced that the sequel is to be titled Avatar: The Way Of Water.
