Perth’s Revelation, the longest-running ‘underground’ film festival in Australia, has announced an outstanding lineup of films from across the world and Australia for this year’s event.
Yorgos Lanthimos’ ‘Kinds of Kindness’, is spearheading this year’s list of international films after just having claimed an award at Canes for actor Jesse Plemons. Other illustrious productions set to screen include “We Were Dangerous,” “The Visitor,” and “Lousy Carter,” among many others.
Revelation Director Richard Sowada, also voiced his delight at the caliber of the year’s programme calling it a ‘bumper year’ for a variety of local films. They are looking forward to supporting the talented creatives behind them with their most extensive, professional development program ever. Further commenting about ‘undeniable momentum’ that can be felt from this year’s lineup and is ecstatically waiting to share the films with the audience
